Job Summary

Helps Soligent make a positive impact by:

  • Actively leading and motivating Soligent’s Sales Team Members through constant training, coaching, and development
  • Driving sustainable growth through establishing consistent structure and accountability through daily sales team activities leading to increased revenue and margin
  • Generating and developing new business to meet specified sales objectives
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships through customer engagement and driving effective relationship-building strategies within your sales team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally within Soligent to support and drive sales activities
  • Guiding the team to increase customer engagement by maintaining a sound understanding company products, services, policies and procedures and communicating information to new and existing customers
  • Supporting bottom-up sales forecast by sales rep to drive planned superior results
  • Supporting the development of sales strategy incorporating information on competition and prevalent industry and business
  • Supporting growth initiatives through active participation in employee recruitment, onboarding, and development
  • Attending, participating, and leading discussions in strategic sales meetings, business/trade events, and other events that impact Sales and Soligent
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by manager

Location: Remote, must reside in Texas

Required Skills/Proficiencies: The Sales Manager must have the following:

  • 5+ years of experience leading a dynamic sales team
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of sales professionals in order to achieve goals
  • Experience in B2B sales model
  • Ability to drive sales process and sales funnels
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long term relationships
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Ability to exercise strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with customers, colleagues and/or suppliers
  • Ability to act as a flexible and innovative team player with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and a hands-on approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with CRM systems a plus
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP/DRP systems a plus - NetSuite preferred

Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado is expected to be $90,000 - $100,000 annual salary, plus commission and for a candidate in NYC is expected to be $90,000 - $100,000 annual salary plus commission, but may be higher or lower in other States due to geographic differentials in the labor market.
