We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Proper is seeking an SDR with a collaborative, positive, proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. This position would be based in Scottdale, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Accounts for their regional Account Executives.
  • Being the initial point of contact and a trusted resource in developing a relationship with interested prospects.
  • Make from 80 to 100 outbound calls/Per Day 
  • Daily and impeccable use of CRM (Hubspot).
